Rack Pneumatic Return Actuator (RPR)

When the air and circuit are powered on, the compressed air enters the patented solenoid VS III and is channeled into the storage room III through a one-way valve. The air from storage room III reflows into the parented solenoid VS III through the actuators internal airway. Air enters from Port A into room I and forces the pistons outward. The pinion turns counter-clockwise to open the valve while the air is exhausted through Port B.

In case of air or power disruption, the air remains in the storage room III due to the one-way valve. The air enters the patented solenoid VS III through the internal airway and is then directed through Port B into room II, resulting in a clockwise rotation of the pinion. This rotation closes the valve and the air is then exhausted through Port A.

Note:

1. The standard rotation is clockwise for closing the valve and counterclockwise for opening the valve.

2. If the assembly direction of the piston is reversed, the standard rotation is counter clockwise for closing the valve and clockwise for opening.
